What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, city, the service and project scale you select, and your message. We do not use cookies of our own and do not run advertising or tracking scripts.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and discuss the engineering services you asked about. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through EmailJS (emailjs.com). Our email is hosted by a third-party email provider. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have shared with us, or withdraw your consent, by emailing connect@cadmaven.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
